Arko Studio does NOT sell your personal information.

Under the CCPA and CPRA definition, "sale" means the disclosure of personal information to a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. Arko Studio has never sold, and does not currently sell, your personal information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose.

3. How to Request Opt-Out

Although Arko Studio does not sell your personal information, we respect your right to request that we do not sell your information under the CCPA/CPRA. If you wish to exercise this right preventively, you can do so by contacting us.

Non-discrimination: Exercising your right to opt out of the sale of your information will NOT affect your access to our services or result in different prices or service levels (CCPA Section 1798.125).

4. Opt-Out Request Verification (CPRA 2026)

To protect your privacy and prevent fraudulent requests, we verify the identity of all requestors before processing an opt-out request.
