Arko Studio does NOT sell your personal information.
Under the CCPA and CPRA definition, "sale" means the disclosure of personal information to a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. Arko Studio has never sold, and does not currently sell, your personal information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose.
2. Information We Collect (but DO NOT Sell)
Although we do not sell your information, we collect the following categories of personal data to provide our services:
Identifiers
- Email address
- Username
- Unique user identifier (UID)
- IP address
Online activity
- Conversation history with AI agents
- Custom agent configurations
- Configured Powers (webhooks)
Technical information
- Browser type
- Operating system
- Session timestamps

3. How to Request Opt-Out
Although Arko Studio does not sell your personal information, we respect your right to request that we do not sell your information under the CCPA/CPRA. If you wish to exercise this right preventively, you can do so by contacting us.
Contact methods
- Email: Send your request to legal@arcaelas.com with the subject "CCPA Opt-Out Request".
- Response time: We will process your request within 15 business days (CCPA requirement).
Non-discrimination: Exercising your right to opt out of the sale of your information will NOT affect your access to our services or result in different prices or service levels (CCPA Section 1798.125).
4. Opt-Out Request Verification (CPRA 2026)
To protect your privacy and prevent fraudulent requests, we verify the identity of all requestors before processing an opt-out request.
Verification process
- Step 1: Send your request from the email address associated with your Arko account to legal@arcaelas.com.
- Step 2: We will send you a verification email with a unique confirmation code.
- Step 3: Reply with the code to confirm your identity.
- Step 4: Once your identity is verified, we will process your opt-out request within 15 business days.
How to verify your request was processed
After processing your opt-out request, we will send you a confirmation email that includes:
- Request reference number
- Processing date
- Confirmation that your request is active in our system
